Autumn at All Saints (2025)

God's Story, Our Story

Our focus in worship and adult faith formation this fall will be God’s Story, Our Story. We will explore the narrative arc of the Hebrew Scripture (Old Testament) with readings on Sundays.

The series of readings moves us from the foundational stories of Genesis through the Exodus, the creation of the ancient nation of Israel under kings David and Solomon, the division of the kingdom and exile of God’s people. We will read from the prophets and hear how they call God’s people to faithfulness in various times and ways. Exploring these stories, wew will make connections with how God is present with God’s people, then and now

We invite people to engage with the Bible story in various ways:

  • Attend worship on Sundays at 10:00 am
  • Following worship, we will have Reflect and Connect – discussion of the readings
  • Bible study on the week’s texts is every Thursday morning at 10:00 in the Fellowship Hall
  • Each week, we will send two devotions by email which will reflect on the reading for the coming Sunday

Special events this fall include:

  • Balloon Fiesta Breakfast on Saturday, October 4. Join us in our Pavilion beginning at 7:00 am to view the balloon Mass Ascension and enjoy a breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee. We have some chairs, and you are invited to bring your own lawn chair.
