Lutheran Advocacy Ministry-NM (LAM-NM) is starting a new season of God’s Work, Our Voices. As our Policy Committee grows and takes on new tasks, we will write more about the exciting developments in process. Meanwhile, please save the dates for the following events.
Saturday, November 15, 2025: The Fall Advocacy Conference at Central Methodist Church in Albuquerque, with plans for a satellite location in Las Cruces, connected by Zoom.
- Hear an inspiring keynoter.
- Learn more from our advocacy partners about the critical social justice issues coming before the New Mexico Legislature in the next session.
- Meet our legislative guests, and enjoy a luncheon together.
Tuesday, January 27, 2026: The Bishop’s Luncheon in Santa Fe and an Issues Briefing. Details to follow.
Would you like to volunteer for either or both of these events? The Policy Committee could always use a few extra hands to help with conference packet assembly, food setup, registration, timekeeping, and photographing the proceedings.
